Florida Diagnostic & Learning Resources System - East (FDLRS)Florida Diagnostic and Learning Resources System (FDLRS) is a statewide network which provides support services for exceptional education teachers, regular education teachers with ESE students in their classroom, parents of ESE students, agency personnel, and others who are involved in the education of ESE students. FDLRS/East provides services to Brevard and Volusia school districts. This site includes a searchable database of the entire FDLRS/East library collection and lists service offerings to teachers in Brevard and Volusia districts.
